EUNA PATIL
President & Executive Chair
Euna Patil is an internal audit professional with more than 20 years of experience in governance, finance, risk management, and operational excellence. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership and boards to provide independent assurance, strengthen governance, and support sound strategic decision-making across organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

ADA BAKLOUTI
Secretary, Advancement Committee Co-Chair, Governance Committees
Ada Baklouti is a healthcare leader with over 14 years of experience specializing in infection prevention and epidemiology. Across multiple healthcare organizations, she specializes in driving operational excellence and strategic program development by leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology.

STEPHANIE WENDELL
Executive Director, Ex-Officio (non-voting) & liaison to all committees
Stephanie Wendell, originally from Morgantown, WV, began dancing at age 3 and it has been her passion ever since! She studied with Larraine Susa in Uniontown, PA, and then graduated from Pointe Park University with a BFA in Musical Theatre.

EDDY TOVAR
Artistic Director, Ex-Officio (non-voting), Finance Committee
Eddy Tovar trained at the National Ballet School in Havana. He began his professional career in Brazil at the Bale do Estado de Goias before joining the Orlando Ballet under the direction of Bruce Marks and the late Fernando Bujones. Eddy rose through the ranks of Orlando Ballet to that of principal dancer, while also serving as the resident guest artist of the Los Angeles Ballet.

Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, & Access (IDEA) Committee Chair
Ebony Brunson, SHRM-SCP is a Human Resources Strategic Partner in Booz Allen Hamilton’s Global Defense Sector. Mrs. Brunson provides guidance to senior leaders to support HR and People development activities by bringing a consulting mindset to the business.

JENNIFER CHIANG
Advancement Committee Co-Chair & Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, & Access (IDEA) Committee
Jennifer Chiang, SHRM-SCP is a senior HR, culture, and engagement leader with over 15 years of global experience building workplaces that thrive. Across both the federal government and the private sector, she specializes in helping organizations connect with their people and communities by blending strategic communications with initiatives focused on belonging, wellbeing, and professional development.

SHREEYA CHOWDHURY-SIL
Advancement Committee & Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, & Access (IDEA) Committee
Originally from Rockville, Maryland, Shreeya received her bachelors degree in Finance from Temple University. She keeps in touch with her passion for dance through assisting in teaching Contemporary, Jazz, and South Asian dance styles in Philadelphia. Shreeya is also an alumna of Metropolitan Ballet Theatre.

JAY GAGEN
Governance Committee
James (Jay) is a litigator with the law firm of Allen & Overy LLP, and Jay's practice focuses on intellectual property, international trade, and competition matters in federal tribunals around the country.

CORY LUCKETT
Advancement Committee
Cory is a proud husband, father, and accomplished entrepreneur based in Montgomery County, MD. With a career rooted in leadership and marketing, he is the Founder and CEO of Branded, a distinguished full-service marketing agency known for its commitment to exceptional service and enduring client relationships.
