*Beginner/Intermediate Adult Ballet (Thursdays) - Iren will teach Modern dance in the last class of every month.
**Beginner/Intermediate Adult Ballet (Fridays) - Noline will teach a classical ballet variation in the last class of every month that can be modified for all levels of experience.
*Adult Yoga (Saturdays, Mondays & Thursdays) - All levels of yoga will be held during our Short Session dates at our Clarksburg location. The classes are challenging but accessible Vinyasa Flow and Gentle Yoga in combination with postures designed to strengthen and stretch the body, while practicing balance and creating create stability. Each class will include meditation, Pranayama, and Savasana. For upcoming dates, please refer to the Short Session Calendar.
Attire for adult ballet and fitness classes should be comfortable to allow full range of motion. We also recommend ballet slippers or socks. Returning students may register via the Parent Portal.
