Part of MBT’s mission is to make the arts accessible by bringing dance education and performance experiences into the community.
MBT in the Community
MBT believes that the arts should be accessible to everyone. Through outreach performances, classes, and demonstrations, we bring the joy of dance beyond the studio and into schools, libraries, community centers, and local events.
Your partnership helps create opportunities for people of all ages, backgrounds, and statuses to experience the power of dance, whether they are seeing a performance for the first time or discovering their own love of movement.

DSN of Montgomery County Partnership Dance Program
1:00 - 1:45 pm (ages 6-13) | 1:50 - 2:35 pm (ages 14+)
In this 6-week session, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of dance technique. Students will work on gaining strength and coordination all while exploring their artistry and creativity. The final class will be a performance at the Step UP Walk!
