Mackenzie Allen

Mackenzie studied ballet, jazz, modern, Irish step-dancing, and hip-hop at Metropolitan Ballet Theatre from 2002-2012. She enjoyed performing in The Nutcracker and the Spring Ballet throughout her time at MBT. She later attended The Washington School of Ballet as well as Indiana University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Ballet and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Mackenzie danced as an Apprentice with Island Moving Company in Newport, RI before moving to New York City to pursue her freelance career as a dancer. Mackenzie currently resides in New York City working as a CPA while continuing to dance with various companies in the city including Thomas/Ortiz Dance, Neville Dance Theatre, and Brooklyn Ballet.
