Jennifer Chiang
Jennifer Chiang, SHRM-SCP is a culture and engagement leader with over 15 years of
global experience building workplaces that thrive. Across both the federal government and the private sector, she specializes in helping organizations connect with their people and communities by blending strategic communications with initiatives focused on belonging, wellbeing, and professional development.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has focused on strengthening team spirit and
workplace effectiveness through change management and process simplification. Most recently, she led engagement strategies for a biotech site recognized as the BioBuzz Employer of the Year, and her commitment to public service and youth development is reflected in her team’s recognition with the MCPS Distinguished Service Award.
A longtime DMV resident and a mom of two, Jennifer has a lifelong love for the
arts—including classical music, theater, and of course, dance. As a certified RYT-200
and Sound Healer, she looks forward to bringing a holistic perspective to MBT,
advocating for the balance and wellbeing of the performing arts community.
