Euna Patil

Euna Patil is an internal audit professional with more than 20 years of experience in governance, finance, risk management, and operational excellence. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership and boards to provide independent assurance, strengthen governance, and support sound strategic decision-making across organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

As President and Executive Chair of Metropolitan Ballet Theatre & Academy, Euna provides strategic leadership to the Board of Directors and partners with the Executive Director and Artistic Director to advance the organization's mission, uphold strong governance, champion artistic excellence, and ensure MBT's long-term sustainability and lasting impact.

A dedicated member of the MBT community since 2017, Euna began her involvement as a Green Room Co-Chair and volunteer supporting performances and special events before joining the Board of Directors in 2022. As a Board member, she also helped plan key events that fostered community engagement and strengthened connections among dancers, families, supporters, and the broader community. She is passionate about expanding access to exceptional dance education, nurturing artistic excellence, and fostering and inclusive environment where dancers of all ages can grow with confidence, discipline, and joy.

Outside of her professional life, Euna enjoys international travel, wellness, and spending time with her family. She is the proud mother of two children and a lifelong supporter of both the visual and performing arts.

Euna believes the arts have the power to inspire creativity, build confidence, and strengthen communities. She is honored to serve MBT and is committed to helping the organization inspire future generations of dancers while enriching communities through excellence in dance education and performance.
