Ada Baklouti
Ada Baklouti is a healthcare leader with over 14 years of experience specializing in
infection prevention and epidemiology. Across multiple healthcare organizations, she specializes in driving operational excellence and strategic program development by leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology. Ada also holds advanced degrees in nursing, public health, and molecular genetics, and most recently served as President of the DC Chapter of a professional infection control association.
Deeply committed to advancing access, equity, and education in the community, she recently published a book exploring her identity as a first-generation American. She is also the proud mom of an MBT ballet student, where she has witnessed firsthand how dance in builds discipline, confidence, and a profound sense of belonging.
Ada believes that every child deserves the opportunity to experience the joy and expressive freedom that the arts provide. She is honored to contribute her leadership, governance expertise, and artistic perspective to MBT, ensuring high-quality dance education remains accessible to Montgomery County.
